What does the $500 Week-1 Build Audit cover?
One week, $500 flat. We take your product, prototype or plan apart: security, scale, cost, architecture and roadmap. You get the full blocker list and a fixed quote for whatever comes next. Every blocker found or it is free, and the $500 is credited against any build.
What does the advisory retainer include?
From $2,900 per month: a weekly working session plus async access, review of what your team ships, hiring and vendor vetting, and written build-or-kill calls on features. It is a fractional technical co-founder, not a report subscription.
Will you just tell me to build with you?
No. The advice only works if it can cost us money, so it does. If a no-code tool covers it, we say so. If your prototype will hold for six months, we say that. The retainer exists so our only incentive is being right.
Is this for people who will build it themselves?
Yes. You leave every engagement with direction you can hand to any team, including your own. Who executes it is your call.
Can it lead to a build?
If the right call is to build, we quote it fixed-price: MVP Sprint from $7,500 (typically $8k-18k over about 8 weeks) or the Go-Live Intensive from $14,000, which is live by our date or we keep building free. Audit and call fees are credited.
